Since his arrest in 1979, Vincent Simmons has claimed innocence on the 2 counts of aggravated rape for which he was sentenced to 100 years of hard labor for. He claims that he was tried and convicted unfairly.
In his parole hearing (which appeared in the Gabriel Films production: THE FARM) Simmons made reference to a number of documents that were left out of his original trial:

A Doctor's report, stating that one of the girls was a virgin two weeks after the alleged incident.

A photograph showing that Vincent was handcuffed at the time of the witness identification.

The original interview where in the victims could not recall the name of their attacker.
