AFTER 9/11: REBULDING LIVES

AFTER 9/11: REBUILDING LIVES follows six people whose lives were shattered on a seemingly beautiful September morning and who now face the extraordinary task of putting the pieces back together. Renee Nolan lost her husband Dan. After September 11, 2001, she had to sell her house and move to Kansas because she couldnąt afford to live in the Tri-State area. She's struggling to find the strength to take her four-year old daughter, Katie, back to New York for a life-saving heart operation. Paul Geidel, a retired New York City firefighter, and his sons work at Ground Zero every day digging for Gary Geidel, also a firefighter and Paul's oldest son, who was last seen rushing to the World Trade Center. Donovan Cowan used to work on the 97th Floor of the World Trade Center. He was consumed by a fire-ball when the second plane crashed into his office. Donovan suffered from third degree burns. John Corso and Adam Lopez have been best friends since kindergarten. They are high school seniors on a campus that overlooks the 16-acre hole where the World Trade Center once stood.
